K, the build itself is pretty self-explanatory. Just rape them with heavy offense and degen.
The number one problem with this is that our defense fucking sucks. If they don't die fast, we die fast. We need to be scoring quick kills to get the pressure off of our monks. Once the enemy sees a guy go down, they will usually start playing really gay and put their offense on our offense. This is fine because their warriors will then spread the disease to their casters. And remember that this will free up our monks and a significant amount of the enemy's damage will now be hitting hard targets with 80+ armor.
So once we score the initial kill, their entire offense goes to shit. That's how we will win.
The question is, how do we get the first kill? I think that today we were worried too much about linebacking and hitting on their mesmers. Fuck that, that's their game, not ours. We need our warriors to coordinate and kill the most vulnerable target on their team. I'm not referring to Max in the third game where he linebacked the fuck out of their wars, because in that game the warriors WERE the most vulnerable targets due to frenzy spam.
Anyway, fuck hitting on their offense to buy our monks time. We will never be able to buy enough time if we aren't killing shit. If there is a frenzy-spammed, 50% HP warrior, collapse on him. If there is a 50% mesmer, collapse on him. If there is a 50% monk, collapse on him. It doesn't matter who it is, once we get the first kill we fuck up their offense and we have them where we want them.
Basically we need to stop dicking around trying to alleviate pressure on our monks - the best way to alleviate pressure is to kill them. We have res sigs - the taint or ranger should be the first ones to res. That way the warriors keep the pressure going. We won't let them killing us fuck up our offense. They don't have as much pressure as us. Their first kill is nowhere near as valuable as our first kill. If we take a death, res up and soldier on. Of course this is only in some cases. If it is obvious that we are totally wiped, then fuck it, play defensive and gtfo. If we've only taken 1 death and they are close to breaking, res up and own them.
Warriors and para need to coordinate more. It was totally my fault in game 3 for not listening to Max/Kar and just raping the frontline. Every game from here on out we need to be analyzing who is vulnerable and then fuck them up. Spike often if that's needed. If Max isn't supporting the spike, don't be linebacking (unless their warriors are really low on HP). Get on a monk and KD him or at least force him to kite. Again, don't ever try to alleviate the pressure on our monks unless we are in a full retreat. Every thing our offense does have to be done with the purpose of KILLING them. That is the best way to get rid of the pressure on us.
Insane, you were pretty much on the ball with flags, but take the time to come to the stand more. Don't bother with their cata either unless we decide we need it. The 30 second window with you at the stand may be the 30 seconds where they wipe. Shatterstone on spike targets and use snares if we call for them. You can play semi-defensive because your snare will USUALLY not be the difference between them living or dieing. Snare their warriors occasionally, only snare my targets if they're retreating or I call for it.
Tca, interrupt what you can. Don't worry so much about shit on our monks unless we are retreating. Worry about hitting the shit that will fuck up our offense (snares, etc.) Spread poison like a mother fucker. It hurts them. I didn't really need offensive snares much, so use cripshot on their warriors when you can. I may call for a crip, so be ready. I know you know all of this but I'm just trying to cover everyone in the build.
Monks, keep us alive as long as you can. If you can keep us alive, we can kill them. The more time you give us, the higher the likelihood that we can kill them. Right now it's taking us a long time, but we're getting better.
To summarize: KILL THEM. Don't fuck around at all. Don't try to "save" our monks. The best way to keep us from dieing is to DESTROY them.

Also, thoughts on how to deal with the 3 derv/3 monk build would be nice.

3 derv/3 monk = split them and grief them. Literally. Kite like fuck and pick off NPCs we win at VoD. And yeah, during spikes that I know I can't get to I try and grief a monk or find a low AL target and single spike it to confuse em. It works generally.

Yeah Max, basically just hit anything with low AL/low HP or grief the monks. If I really want you on a spike I will tell you and do a longer countdown. If you are in range, join in anyway. It's just so inefficient and time consuming to get 2 warriors to spike with so many snares and blinds going around.
And to follow up from before, the warriors and paras, when not spiking, should be pressuring the fuck out of unprotted targets. Force the monks to burn prot then switch targets. Burn the monks energy and then people will start to die. If we've got a pain train on a softie but he gets mega prot, call for a rend and the dude will either drop or they will waste a whole new wave of prot on him.
