This is what we're running: gwshack.us/b2981Tell me if I got anything wrong. Monk bars are not complete because the monks can decide what they want to run. Death Pact Signet can be switched for Flesh of My Flesh if we'd rather that.

BUILD OUTLINE[/u] Quick post on what everyone's job in the build is.
W/E Shock Axe - Shock axe or hammer can be main spike caller, depending on who's playing. For now we'll assume that the axe is the main caller. Coordinate knockdowns with the hammer warrior and gale ele. Call spikes often and as needed. Make sure to know if the hammer is built before spikes, if he is not, use shock instead. Converge on extended and/or vulnerable targets. When the hammer war is griefing monks, call midline targets and destroy them. Between spikes build on their midline and warriors - make them kite and get pressure off of our team. Call what is fucking you over so the midline can shut it down. You are the main split warrior.
W/A Hammer - Can also be primary spike caller, but we're assuming that the axe is calling. Let the axe war know when you are built. If he calls and you are not built, tell him to shock. Grief midliners and lineback warriors in between spikes. Let the team know what is griefing you so they can shut it down. Coordinate knockdowns with the shock axe and gale ele. When the axe war is split, you are the primary caller. Coordinate with the mesmer and ele (if available) to score kills.
R/Mo Cripshot - Interrupt aegises, wards, bsurges, etc. Primarily interrupt their defensive skills but don't pass up the chance to interrupt diversions, etc. Call what you dshot, and call important interrupts like on Aegis, etc. Coordinate with the mesmer to shut their defense down. Listen to the warriors so you know what is griefing them. Cripple enemy flaggers and priority targets. During situations where we are pressured, cripple warriors and disrupt the enemy offense until the situation is stabilized. During situations where the enemy is pressured, spread poison like crazy. How much poison the enemy has on them can make or break them. You are the primary splitter, but will also split with other characters depending on the situation. Try to prevent aegises and bsurges from hitting especially before we spike.
Me/Rt Dom Mes - Grief their monks and defense. Throw diversions on bsurges, monks, etc. Listen to the warriors so you know what is preventing them from getting kills. Interrupt aegises, wards, etc. Call what you interrupt. Coordinate disruption with the cripshot. Assist on spikes with E-surge and enchant removals. Prior to spikes throw a diversion or shame on a monk. Hard res as needed. During split situations coordinate with the hammer war to score kills.
E/Me Bsurge - Grief the enemy warriors. Get wards up. Assist on spikes with orb. Throw orbs around when the enemy is pressured, this can help warriors score kills. Coordinate gales with warriors. You are a split character in some split situations. During the split, blind enemy offense and support our warrior with orb and gales.
Monks - Standard stuff. Let the team know what is griefing you so it can be shut down. Call when energy is low. If the warrior calls for a push tell him what energy is like. Make good use of wards.
Runner - Standard stuff. Run the flag. Call when you're coming in. Assist monks when at stand. Splinter warriors at VoD or when the enemy is pressured. Sometimes you will split. If there is an enemy split you are the main defense - let our team know what is happening.
STRATS[/u]
Spiking - This is a great way to apply pressure, alleviate pressure from our team, and to score kills. During spikes the warriors dump adren and casters assist with spells. Even if a kill is not achieved, it still burns the enemies energy and forces the spike target to kite. If the spike target takes heavy DPS but does not die, switch to another target quickly. The enemy monks will have burned a lot of energy and this could lead to kill.
Spiking works in all stand situations and should be done often.
Grief the Monks - Hammer warrior and the mesmer grief the monks. The axe warrior calls targets and/or spikes on midline and warriors. The cripshot shuts down the enemy midline and cripples the axe warriors targets. The air ele assists the axe warrior with gales and orbs on his targets. The mesmer should grief the monks but also assist the axe warrior with enchant removals and surges. If the hammer warrior gets a monk low then he can call for assistance from the axe warrior.
This is an effective tactic when regular spiking isn't getting the job done. It can be used in combination with regular spiking.
Offensive Split - We should split offensively when the enemy is heavy blockway and we can't score kills, or they are heavy damageway and we can't take the pressure. The split combos are:
Cripshot - Goes alone to fuck with the enemy's base. Useful when we are handling the stand pressure but are unable to kill people.
Cripshot, Shock Axe - Same thing but a little more oomph.
Cripshot, Shock Axe, Rit OR Ele - This is when we need to split heavily because we are getting dominated 8v8. Usually vs. heavy damageway. Grief the enemy NPCs and flagger. Converge on the stand if needed.
Defensive Split - The rit is the primary split defense. Have somebody else run the flag while the rit is defending. If there are too many on the enemy split, send the ele and a warrior back. If it is really needed, send a monk back. It all depends on the situation.

Run magehunter -> crushing -> hammer bash on hammer instead imo, and lion's comfort instead of heal sig on the axe.
